Charger Troubleshooting: 1. Test the battery health before charging if it has been used for more than 12 months or not used for 2-3 months. 2. If the green light is on when plugged in, but the charger does not work when the battery is connected, the positive and negative (+/-) connectors may not match the battery connector size. Try changing the connector. 3. If the green light goes off when the battery is connected, the battery may be short-circuited internally, causing the charger's self-protection function to fail. Check the battery. 4. When plugged into the power supply, a green light indicates the charger is working properly. A red light when connected to the device means it is charging, and it will turn green when fully charged.
